The fine-dine restaurant’s cuisine and architecture have been curated with the intent to pay homage to what stood before, to history and tradition. Drawing inspiration from Jaipur’s historic interpretation of the Art Deco movement, the restaurant’s architecture honours symmetry, opulence, and timeless design. In a city evolving rapidly, Arirasa stands as a tribute — preserving the essence of a bygone era while presenting it to the modern world with pride.

Arirasa’s Menu holds the nostalgia of classic North Indian cuisine, not complete without elements of novelty imparted by dishes inspired by the Chef de Cuisine’s childhood, travels, and passion.
His unique Kair Korma, marries Rajasthan’s beloved Kair(known vastly as a dry preparation) with a rich Lukhnowi style Korma, to create a Marwari-Awadh delicacy.
Tahari, a humble and household preparation from Western UP is reimagined to suit the royal pulse of Rajasthan.
